We’re hosting a Career Pathway Event on Tuesday 4th April from 9.30am – 5.30pm.  The event is open for you to drop in at any time to talk to college tutors, universities and employers about career opportunities on offer for you when you complete your current course.

We have a range of employers attending, including GE Aviation, General Dynamics, Jacobs, JEHU, NHS, BT, EE, Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Welsh Ambulance Trust, Acorn Training, CITB, Tesco, Tydfil Training, Acorn Training and Careers Wales. In addition, we have Network 75, Cardiff University, Cardiff University Dental School, USW, Cardiff Met and Swansea University in attendance to offer you advice and guidance on university courses and progression pathways.

To make sure you get the most out of the event, please take the time to:

  • Visit each stand and ask as many questions as you would like to about the career opportunities and jobs that you may be interested in.
  • Ask the employers, college tutors or university tutors those all important questions about the qualifications and skills you will need to progress into any jobs and career opportunities you may be interested in.
  • Finally, please use the attached sheets to record the information you find out. You can then use this information to help you make decisions about your next steps after college.

Remember, this is your opportunity to find out as much as you can about future career opportunities so please come along and make the most of the information we have.
